My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, with easy access to Old City Alexandria and the Yellow Line Metro, but it was a long walk to some attractions. The rooms were a major letdown, as they were not serviced for three days and seemed dirty, making it hard to feel comfortable. Despite this, the service was helpful when requested, and the dining options provided were exceptional. If the rooms were cleaner, it would have been a much better experience overall.

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which was ideal for us coming from The Birchmere. The only downside was the wet carpet, but everything we needed for the kitchenette was available at the front desk during check-in.
